LinkedIn

LinkedIn has become an OpenID Connect compliant provider, avoiding the need for
a custom OAuth2 implementation. Therefore, the ``linkedin_oauth2`` provider is
now deprecated. You can setup LinkedIn, like any other OpenID Connect provider,
as follows:
